Although I have started going to the gym and try to eat better, I haven't started losing weight. I've also notice I have to be careful about what I eat after mid-afternoon. Spending 4 nights awake with liver pain is very unpleasant. Since the last 2 painful nights were this week, I have decided to take my health into my own hands. So supper will be completely vegetarian and fat-free.
I will also use this blog to clean up my recipe stash.
