Gonna start a food log

For breakfast, I had my normal smoothie :
1 cup blueberry
1/2 cup raspberry
1 cup spinach
1 banana
7/8 cup juice
1/8 cup maple syrup (to offset the taste of the spinach)

For a snack (shame on me!) 3/4 of a Wonderbar as well as a Handy SnacK :(

But worst was my lunch... as picture below.

I finished my day with more chocolate and about 2 cups of video store popcorn.
