Food log - Feb. 16 /2010

Work-out
25 mins treadmill
20 mins rower
15 mins stationnary bike (left due to neighbour's stinking bad breath)
total calories burnt : 650!

Post-gym snack
1 envie of strawberry oatmeal
1/2 cup skim milk
1 banana
4 saltine crackers
1 laughing cow cheese
1 bite of chocolate (which I spit out since it didn't taste so good to me)

pre-gym snack
1 large bowl of Special K with 1/2 skim milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar (yep, white stuff addiction)


We went out to eat at lunch. I had the peanut butter chicken. It was very weak, very watery and mostly mushrooms. I did eat the rice noodles and the fried spinach.

gonna have that lunch tomorrow.
Lunch
1 red bell pepper
2 celery branches
1/2 cup mini carrots
1 cup brocoli florets
2 tablespoons onion dip
1 slice whole wheat bread (toasted)
1 tablespoon cream cheese (Liberty)

Snack
2 tablespoons of almond (smoke flavered)

At work breakfast, this time, the whole thing was 500 ml so I drank it all.
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
3/4 cup fruit juice (smoothie)
1 cup spinach
1 banana
2 tablespoons maple syrup

At home breakfast started with the darned white stuff addiction...
1 slice of white bread (the crust, so smaller slice)
1/2 tablespoon low fat peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate miljavascript:void(0)k
