"supper" of sorts... I had an exam and snacked between work and school...
2 white bread toast
1 tbls peanut butter
1 cup chocolate milk
10 almonds
3 peanut M&M
6 pieces of dark chocolate pellets.
Snack
Green apple
Lunch
1/2 red bell pepper
2 celery branches
1/4 cup mini carrots
1 cup brocoli florets
2 tablespoons onion dip
1 slice whole wheat bread (toasted)
1 tablespoon cream cheese (Liberty)
1 avocado
juice of one lemon
I made a cheese and avocado toast, with lemon juice, S&P. It was good.
Snack
Finished my smoothie
Breakfast at work (I only drank 1/2 of my smoothie so far, put it back in the fridge)
1 envie of peach oatmeal
1/3 cup 2% milk
Smoothie:
¾ cup cherries
¾ cup blueberries
¾ cup Arthur’s green smoothie
1/8 cup maple syrup
1 banana
1 cup spinach
